North East Nave - Upper

This window was a gift from the Dalton le Dale Parish Council to commemorate the Millennium 2000. It was designed by Cate Watkinson from Newcastle. The window contains symbols / images which capture the essence of the church and village with features such as the Norman Arch, the 2 sundials, the stream and the horse chestnut tree in the church yard. After many attempts and discussions re the design, including a submission from the church’s JAFFA, this one was finally agreed.
